AA88 Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the platform

You must be at least 18 years old to use AA88. This isn't just our policy — it's also a requirement under our international gaming licence. If we have reason to believe an underage person is using AA88, we will immediately request account verification, and the account will be suspended if sufficient proof of age cannot be provided.

By registering, you confirm that: you are over 18 years of age, you are opening the account in your own name and for your own use (not on behalf of anyone else), and you have read and agreed to all of AA88's terms and conditions.

Additionally, access to AA88 is restricted from certain countries and regions. Any attempt to open or access an account from a restricted region using a VPN or other means will result in immediate closure, and deposited funds may not be refunded.

Each person is permitted one account only. If the same individual opens multiple accounts — even using a new phone number, new email address, or a different device — it is a direct violation of AA88 policy. Our system can detect duplicate accounts by cross-referencing IP addresses, device information, and payment methods. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any unused bonuses will be forfeited.

Providing accurate information at the time of registration is mandatory. If the details submitted during KYC verification do not match those provided at registration, the withdrawal process will be put on hold and you will be given the opportunity to correct the information.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Any transactions made by someone who gains access to your account are your responsibility. We strongly advise against sharing your password with anyone. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication on your account significantly improves your security.

If you notice any unusual activity on your account — such as unrecognised logins or transactions — contact AA88 support immediately. You will be given the option to temporarily lock your account.

BKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals on AA88. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — using someone else's account is strictly prohibited. If a third-party payment is detected, the deposit will be returned and an account verification process will be initiated.

The minimum deposit is ৳300, and the maximum single deposit varies depending on your account tier. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Daily withdrawal limits apply to standard accounts and increase significantly as your VIP level rises.

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. For larger withdrawal amounts, additional documentation may be requested — this is part of our Anti-Money Laundering policy. If an unusual transaction pattern is detected on an account, the withdrawal request may be temporarily placed under review.

All AA88 bonuses and vouchers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each bonus page clearly states the wagering requirements, validity period, and eligible games. Claiming a bonus means you accept those terms.

Withdrawals from a bonus balance are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met. If a withdrawal is attempted before the requirement is fulfilled, only the original deposit amount will be eligible for withdrawal — any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited.

Bonus abuse — such as using the same voucher across multiple accounts, or placing bets on both sides to meet wagering requirements (arbing) — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.

• Your balance and bonus progress will remain visible in your account before the bonus is cancelled
• Using bonuses with fraudulent intent is a violation of our terms — the bonus will be forfeited

All AA88 members must use the platform honestly and in good faith. Fraud, system hacking, placing bets via bots, or using automated programs to play games are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

Using AA88 for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity is a criminal offence, and any such activity detected will be reported to the relevant authorities. Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy is a legal obligation for AA88.

Any rude, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed at our support team will result in a warning. If the behaviour continues, the account will be suspended temporarily or permanently.

Deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion are all available in your account settings and can be activated at any time. If AA88's monitoring system detects signs of excessive gaming in a member's behaviour, our support team may reach out to that member. AA88 reserves the right to impose account restrictions where necessary — and this is always done in the member's best interest.

AA88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without reason. In practice, this typically occurs in cases of clear policy violations — such as multiple accounts, false information, bonus abuse, or suspicious financial activity.

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. Before the account is closed, all active bonuses will be cancelled and you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance — subject to applicable conditions.

Inactive accounts: An account will be marked inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months. To reactivate the account, you will need to contact support and may be required to verify your identity.

AA88 may update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Curacao. Should any dispute arise between AA88 and a member, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the matter may be referred to the licensing authority for settlement.

If any provision is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining terms will continue in full force and effect. The Bengali version of AA88's terms and conditions is provided for reference purposes only — in the event of any legal conflict, the English version will take precedence.
